甲方承诺所有从中国市场采购的产品必须通过B公司代为采购，并且按B公司销售成本加10%销售利润作为结算价格。如甲方违约，甲方应就其通过其他途径从中国市场采购产品的所支付的总价的10%作为补偿金支付给B公司。

All shipments(except UPS shipments)must be accompanied by a master packing list.This packing list may be attached to the outside of a carton,using an envenlope placed inside a clearly marked carton in the shipment(please mark the carton  so it may be easily located) or attached to the Bill of lading.BBM dosn't require nor want individual case packing lists.
