Now it is my second job.My first is just one year.How long i stay one company it depends on whether i can learn something.

In my opinion, the colleagues absolutely is my friends. I think I can a lot from them. Remember the saying: there must be a mentor in three persons.(the written english is right or not ,pls point it out)
If you regard the colleague as an enemy, you will see no advantage from the colleague and may degust he/her.
So colleagues are actually my friends.

It is hard to say, if you don't like the job, then there will be no enthusiastic with you. I think you may try to fall love in it or you can choose a job you what you like.

Torturous is just a part of our daily lifes.

Although being torturous,still we need to do more things to change that kind of feeling.
In my opionion,ALIVE is a forest which is full of green bushes and others.
Death is nothing,no thinking,talking.......it`s empty.

There is no absolute believe.
We just try our best to believe in our another part because we are living together with her   or him. Without belife there will no happiness and then, it is no need to live together.
We SHOULD believe in her or him.

This is an interesting play.  I've ever seen it in Q-zone. OK, let me enjoy  this play again.
For the question how to learn English, my answer is keep studying. It sounds conventional.  But that's the real way to learn English well.  You should practice you listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating.
Above is just my personal suggestion. Then my question is why you join this bbs?

answer: it was by an accident yesterday. Potential reason for me to be here is to find out how popular English is being used and how is my own English.  The great thing I have found is so many people speak good English, people here are more freindly than in other bbc indeed.
