As a moderator myself, I shall accept all kind of ideas, suggestions and complaints. Of course, I have my own principles. As long as the complainant does not break the Rules and Guielines, I shall happy to accept any harsh criticism if I was wrong.

Thank you for your input. Your comment is quite reasonable and logical. Maybe, it is the time for all our moderators to think about the problems.  Anyone who supports the complainant, please put forward your valuable ideas and let us to discuss them all togrther.
Moderators are not perfect, we would like to improve ourselves through our mistakes. If you want Jin Qiao to be improved, please let us know your suggestions.

Thank you for your recognition of our hard work. Please be also understood, we are no different from you too. Everyone of us has his or her own character, points of views and style of handling. None of us is perfect.
