it is hot outside in my live place,there is no Winter and all the weather is summber,
that is why many girls in singpore are  black skin, but touch glossy
i am so happy for one thing that i have changed my sleep late habit already.
i now can sleep at 12 but it still late so i would pursue to change more early

I do not really know. However, if you can spend an hour a day should be enough.
