i have a very bad habit that is i sleep after twelve
it makes me lack of sleep until now i can not change it
maybe this is because the bad habit last for some time so i can
not change it in a flash,and i realize one thing i need to make a arrangement
before yesterday evening

There is not much night life in Singapore, go to sleep early.
