I have a headache ,I think that I am illness....I am so tired that I want to have a little rest..but I have many things need to do....how can I do????

yes. i have been looking a light tower all the time..
actually most of us lost ourself at this ages in our society, that's a social pity.
but i believe that this is temporary losing, all of us will be far away from shadows as soon as possible.
