Hello Everyone, My name is Charlene.
I prefer people to use my english name however you can also call me 玲玲。
If your curious how i learn my english well it's pretty outrageous..
I went to Canada when i was 7 years old, i live with my aunt who speaks cantonese at home we don't use english at home so my dad finally made a decision of 'abandoning' me at this homestay.
My guardians are both teachers, Uncle Harold is a high school teacher, Auntie Faye was a principal of an elementary school.
I didn't recieve a proper english education at first, i pick up english by watching TVs and Movies daily, it was more kind of the environment force me to learn english. Of course i couldn't expect them to learn chinese to communicate with me so i had to learn english to communicate with them.
Then when i was 11 years old i moved to singapore because of my chinese was getting worse but its all right now, im fluent in english and chinese's' i can speak cantonese and manadarin fluently.
